Couple of extra things…

A reminder that you can give to the Lord’s pantry by placing items in a box under the entrance foyer table.  There is a list of what is needed in the box.  It may be as simple as bringing a tin of soup every so often.  Thank you.

Thank you for your prayers and involvement in so many groups at Moortown. Last week I wrote to you about prayer and practical support for Stepping Stones, Childrens work and Youth. If you would like to find out more, then do get in touch with me.  Thank you to those who have stepped up particularly in sharing with our young people on a Sunday night.  I was in there last week and it was great to be with them.

Giving..

A reminder that there is an opportunity to give to the work of Moortown Baptist Church either by leaving money in a box at the back of church or by giving from a bank account each month.  If you want to know more about where it goes, how to do it, gift aiding, then do get in touch with Geoff our church treasurer or Lesley/ Shelley or a deacon who will pass on a message to Geoff.

Finally, check out the latest stories at Moortown on our website at Moortown Baptist Church – Loving God, living generously, following Christ. And give our facebook page a follow!

“So Simon Peter climbed back into the boat and dragged the net ashore. It was full of large fish, 153, but even with so many the net was not torn.” John 21:11
